I tried putting the 1.2 patch in the DATA folder, in just the GameData folder, and in just the SWB2 folder. And then I start to realise it doesn't work. It auto wants to send it to '.SteamApps\common\SWB2\GameData\DATA' so I send it there. I accept the terms and agreements, then get to the section where I 'Select Destination Location'. Inside includes around 4 or so things includung an installation guide that tells me that to install 1.2 I simply run 'SWB2v1-2_Setup_r2.exe' which is in the file along with the installation guide. I extracted the file 'Battlefront II Patches' from the zip folder 'Battlefront_II_Patches_unzip_anywhere.exe'. I installed the mod to a folder where I hold mods and copies of mods for safe measure. I downloaded 'Unofficial Patch v1.2 & v1.3-r117+r129' from MOD DB.īefore I install 1.3 I need to install 1.2.
